Policy for cancellation:
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] or you can contact our customer care in Kuwait. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
- For Kuwait orders
– The customer has 24 hours to contact customer care for return or exchange
– In case of return the customer has to pay the delivery fees
– Returned products must be in their original packaging, new and unused
– Returns that are damaged soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
– To return you have to mention the reason why you want to return
– Once our team confirm that the order meet the return policy The customer will receive the refund in full amount in his bank account in 5-7 business working days
– Sale items can be exchange but are not refundable
– Items with crystals, Jwellery, Sworviski, Swimming wear can’t be returned
the refund will be processed through the same method of payment as the original purchase. We will notify the buyer if the product or packaging is found to be used or damaged or smell as we reserve the right to deduct any reduced value when returning the product.
