All orders are shipped from the capital of Beirut and Kuwait via one of our courier services companies using an Express service.

After you place an order on Hiediglows.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you updated, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods, which will include your order unique tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account.

We aim to deliver your order in as few packages as possible. However, please note that in some cases your items may be delivered separately.

Our courier service companies deliver directly to your doorstep during regular working hours/days in your country.

Kuwait delivery:-
– Delivery within 24-72 hours  for kuwait orders
– Delivery charge 3KD for kuwait

• GCC & International Shipping:
– We ship worldwide with a fixed charge for shipping (10 KD)
– Customer is responsible of Customs, clearance charges and VAT tax in their country
– For GCC countries, shipping is normally within 5-7 working days

For other international orders shipping normally takes 7-10 working days
– Please note that delays resulting from Customs and Clearance processing in your country are beyond our control
